Currently we are looking for Base Oil Trader to join us!
The kind of job:
As a Trader, you will be working independently, in a highly commercial, dynamic, and multilingual team. Previous experience in the industry is a must, specific knowledge of how we do deals in Shamrock we will share.
Your job is to find the best balance between sales and buying. On a daily basis You are keeping track on offers, maintain relationships with customers, negotiating prices, payment and delivery terms.
It is a great opportunity for the young and ambitious person to develop your knowledge in the base oil industry. Its also a great opportunity to monetize your market expertise, as out Traders have the most attractive remuneration plans in the industry.
Your main goal is to develop and grow international business with customers and suppliers, gather and process market information, negotiate and close business deals from A to Z, follow up on the physical transaction with the assistance of Operational Department to expand our Base Oil Division in the following regions:
- LATAM;
- USA;
- English-speaking Africa;
- ASIA.
Prime location of the job is negotiable, both relocation and remote work can be discussed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Trader or at the Lubricants Plant, minimum 2 years
- Understanding of the Lubricant market, main players, blending facilities, technical aspects
- Proactive & optimistic personality with focus on commercial side, enjoying visiting and calling customers / suppliers / leads
- Fluent English is a must, any other language on top to be considered as an advantage
