This month, Shamrock successfully passed the first audit for ISO 9001:2015, which we transitioned to last year. The certification was again awarded to us by global ISO-certification body, NQA.
ISO 9001:2015 required us to take a completely fresh look at our current quality processes, consider the external and internal issues that affect quality, and define our end goals toward achieving consistent customer satisfaction. That we passed the first audit affirms Shamrock’s strong pursuit of high quality and customer service excellence.
Ever since its establishment, service and process control improvements have been a priority for Shamrock and have allowed us to further expand in the international market.
